Basic Information About The School:-

Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya is a mixed English language school in Bangalore. It was created in 1989 by Sri. B.N.V Subrahmanya in memory of his daughter Jyothy. The school is affiliated to the CBSE from 1 to 10. The Karnataka State Council from 8 to 10.
and Karnataka PU board for 11 and 12.

Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya was founded in 1989 by Sri B.N.V. Subrahmanya and is managed by the Jyothy Charitable Trust.
Providing quality education and preparing students for a bright future is the vision and mission of the school.
The school is affiliated with the CBSE and offers courses from LKG to std. 10. Admission to the school is offered to LKG and the process starts from November. Interested parents can obtain online and offline application forms.

Admissions procedure in Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya:-

Registration and admission to our school are mainly at the entry-level of the lower kindergarten for children from 3 ½ to 4 ½ years.

Registration and admission to all other classes will be with the specific notification if seats are available.

Services And Facilities of Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya:-

The school offers modern and excellent services, such as a library with a rich collection of books, laboratories, well-ventilated classrooms, laboratories, a computer lab and a playground. In addition to academics, it also offers a wide range of extracurricular activities in the areas of cricket, athletics, gymnastics, music, theatre, debates and speech.

Admission process:-

Parents can get the application form from the school office or download it from the school’s official website.
The completed application form must be submitted to the school office by the deadline.
Subsequently, the school will publish an eligibility list that includes the names of the students selected for interaction (Meet the Child program).
Parents and students must go to school according to the program in the list for the series of interactions.
A list of candidates selected for admission based on an interactive session will be published on the bulletin board and the official website.
Selected candidates and their parents will be informed of the remaining admission formalities after the publication of this list.

Eligibility criterion:-

Children from 3 to 10 months and from 4 to 10 months can apply for LKG.

School hours:-

LKG and UKG: Monday to Friday 8:15 am to 12:30 pm
Class 1 to 4: Monday to Friday from 8:15 to 15:00
Class 5 to 10: Monday to Friday and Saturday (except the 2nd and 4th) from 8:15 to 15:00
Office hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday (except the 2nd and 4th) from 9:00 to 15:30

Payment of the fee by Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya:-

Parents will be required to pay the tax quarterly and this fee will be due the first month of each quarter.
For late university fees, a fine will be imposed.
