Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ School Jodhpur Admission Procedure Registration Form For Admission In Academic Year 2020-2021:

Basic Information About the school:-

Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ School is a boarding school located in Jodhpur, western Rajasthan. The school was founded on July 20, 1992, by His Highness Maharaja Gaj Singhji Sahib. The school is named after his mother, her highness Rajmata Krishna Kumari Sahibaji. The school was established as a school with only 60 girls. Ms Jyotsna Brar was its founder. The school has become a secondary school with over 1,500 students. The school meets the learning needs of students across the country. The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in New Delhi and offers classes from kindergarten to grade XII.

Infrastructure and facilities of the Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ School:-

The 5-acre school campus houses a well-stocked library of 2100 books and general references, 2000 textbooks, 1300 reference works(dictionary, encyclopedia, yearbook, atlas, guide), 3000 books in English and literature, CDS and DVDs and 8 weekly magazines.
The RKK school houses well-equipped laboratories for physics, chemistry, mathematics, fine arts and geography, as well as an infirmary for the health and well-being of 1,300 students and 200 residents.

Sports Facilities Offered By The RKK School:-

Sports facilities include a swimming pool, three squash courts, 15 rounds, three dormitories for 120 students/guests, 15 sports halls/event participants and indoor play facilities such as Carom and Tennis Table and Tennis.

Academic Program in The Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ School:-

RKK is affiliated with CBSE, New Delhi and offers classes from kindergarten to grade XII. A child enters the RKK portals at age 3 in kindergarten and spends another two years in preschool. According to the CBSE guidelines, classes VI to X are also subject to a formative and summative evaluation of the CEC (complete and continuous evaluation).

Students can choose between a second language, Hindi and Sanskrit. In secondary school II, the school offers 3 courses for the AISSCE classes. They are humanities, commercial and natural sciences.

Admission Process in Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ School:-

Class Prep & I: the number of places in these classes is very limited. Admission is based on the availability of places.
For these courses, there is no written admission test, only an informal interaction.

Classes II to IX: due to the very low number of vacancies and the growing number of candidates, an informal screening will be conducted in the form of an assessment in English, Hindi and mathematics to ensure the fairness of the admission procedure.

Classes X and XII: in these cases, no authorization is granted based on the CBSE Guidelines. Only an evolving government, the representative can request admission to these courses.

Class XI: admission is granted based on the student’s CBSE score. The student must qualify the school trophy for admission to three different courses: science, commerce and the humanities.

Fee Structure of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ School:-

The annual tuition fees are as follows:

nursery school. 66850 / – (scholarship of the day)

Class I and II-R. 69850 / – (Daily scholars), Rs. 270050 (population)

Classes XI and XII – Rs. 90250 / – (Daily scholars), Rs. 285050 (population)

Admission procedure in Rajmata Krishna Kumari School and registration fee: –

Parents must keep in mind that the number of places in each class is very limited. A child who has been admitted as a border can become a student enrolled in the same academic session only in very special circumstances or in conditions of compassion.

kindergarten to first grade – Admission is based on the “first come, first served” principle. There is no written admission test, but an informal interaction. Once occupied, registration is complete. We have about 75 places in the nursery school for the  Nursery, KG, Prep and Class I classes, there are no vacancies and a new admission can only be made against a T.C.

Grade from the II to the IX degree – An entrance exam written in English, Hindi and mathematics will be awarded 50 points each. The approval is based solely on performance characteristics. The best performing candidate can only access it when a vacancy
is vacant. Access to the markers is only against a T.C.

Classes X and XII – These classes are not eligible for admission because they are CBSE Board classes. Only one public official by correspondence can request admission to these classes. The father’s transfer order must be attached.
Class XI – In this class, the new entry can take place. Admission is limited to the score of the student’s CBSE council
and must qualify the school’s admission limit for three different streams. Science, commerce and human sciences.

Candidates who are not qualified for the admission test or the interview will not be considered for admission.

The following documents must be presented to the school office for admission:-

• Two passport photos (current).
• Original transfer certificate, countersigned by the WD / CBSE authority (within one week of confirmation of approval)
• Copy of the birth certificate by the local authority.
• Copy of the mark/certificate of the previous class.
• Copy of the class IX registration card issued by the CBSE Board of Directors for admission to class X.
• Copy of the transfer order for admission to classes IX, X, XI or XII.
• Copy of the delivery certificate for defence personnel.
• Origin migration certificate only for class XI.

Age Criteria For Enrollment In The RKK School: –

According to the Indian Education Authority, the admission age is the completion of 3 years until March 31 of the year in which admission is required. We will also consider children from 3 to 30 June. A separate list of students born in July and August is kept.
