Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) is the legal branch of Jindal Global University, based in Sonepat, Haryana. The Jindal Global Law School is recognized by the Law Society of India (BCI) and is a member of the International Association of Law Schools (IALS),
The USA and the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL), United States of America. He is also the only Indian member of the LSGL(Law Schools Global League), Istanbul / Madrid. It was created in 2009 as a philanthropic initiative by its founder chancellor,
Naveen Jindal, in memory of his father, O.P. Jindal. JGLS is committed to providing global legal education to its students.

To achieve this goal, the curriculum and pedagogy are designed to offer students extensive exposure to national, international and comparative law courses. JGU and JGLS are committed to meeting this need by providing their students and teachers with the

BA-LLB. (Honors)-

Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) offers the integrated 5-year Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law program (BA.LLB (Hons)) since its establishment in 2009. The Bachelor of Laws should be completed in five years, or part-time in both cases, the diploma must
be completed within ten years from the beginning of the studies (including the periods of leave or suspension). Each year of study is divided into two eighteen-week semesters, including a program and exams review.

BBA-LLB. (Honors)-

Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) offers the three-year degree program in Business Economics and Law (BBA LL.B (Hons) since 2013.
The program is designed under the latest rules of the Bar Association of India and of the University grants the requirements of the Commission and aims to promote a scholarship culture and academic excellence among students.

LL.B.-The Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) offers the three-year degree program (LL.B) since its establishment in 2009. This program was designed under the latest rules of the Indian Bar Association and aims to promote a scholarship culture and academic excellence among students.

Course information:-

The Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) offers the integrated 5-year Bachelor of Arts program, Bachelor of Laws (BA.LLB (Hons)) since its inception in 2009. Through a combination of courses in arts and law, the Program is designed following the latest rules of the Council of the Order of India and the requirements of the Commission for university grants and aims to promote a scholarship culture and academic excellence among students.

Eligibility for Admission:-

10 + 2 exam or equivalent with not less than 45% of total marks.

Credit structure of JGLS:-

The B.A. The curriculum of LL.B (Hons) at the JGLS consists of compulsory and elective courses of the maximum strength of one semester. The compulsory courses are designed to ensure that each student acquires a sufficient foundation in the fundamental
areas of the law, as well as meeting the applicable requirements for admission to the practice; optional courses offer the opportunity to develop special interests and deepen understanding.

Each semester course has a value of 4 credits (except the elective courses of 4 to 1 credits), with 40 credits per year representing the minimum full-time charge adopted by the University. The normal full-time job in each semester is therefore 20 credits. Students may choose to take on more work with the consent of the Office of Academic Affairs. Under no circumstances will the load for each semester exceed 28 credits.

To obtain a B.A. Diploma LL.B (Hons), students must receive no less than 208 credits in total, distributed as follows:

Two English courses, worth 8 credits in total
At least 12 compulsory courses in arts and humanities, for a total of 48 credits;
At least 20 mandatory law courses, for a total value of 80 credits;
At least 14 optional courses (including 8 courses held to obtain the degree with honours), for a total value of 56 credits; 4 mandatory clinical courses, for a total of 16 credits.

Students can be awarded credits for curricular activities that enable them to develop legal reasoning skills and improve their understanding of the law. The credits earned due to the allowed co-curricular activity will be counted for the total of the 208 credits required to obtain a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) Degree.

Optional credits:-

Teaching assistance: maximum of 8 credits
Independent research: maximum of 6 credits
Semi-annual exchange programs: maximum 24 elective credits
Summer / winter school: maximum 6 credits
Participation in the revision of the law (Jindal International and comparative revision of the law): maximum 6 credits

JGLS Registration And Fees Structure:-

Candidates for the five-year BA / BBA LL.B (H) programs are required to pay a fee equal to the registration fee of 1,500 INR UG (Indian rupees, only three thousand).
Candidates for LL.B. programs / LL.M of 3 years are required to pay the registration fee for INR 1000 / ID (Indian rupees, only 1000).

You can check the status of your request on our website. It usually takes 48 to 72 hours (2-3 working days) to update the payment status. Candidates are advised to pay the registration fee only once and to keep proof of payment with them (bank statement/credit card statement). The online payment made is automatically updated within 2-3 working days. It is NOT necessary to call or send an e-mail to check the payment status of the registration fee. Proof of payment will be accepted, for example, bank statements/credit cards. Please understand that your admission to the faculty of law depends

Eligibility criteria for admission to the Jindal Global Law School:-

Candidates wishing to enroll in the Jindal Global Law School must meet the following conditions: Eligibility for B.A./.B.B. five years. LL.B. Hons. The program includes 10 + 2 exams or equivalent with at least 45% cumulative marks. Admission will be based on the LSAT – India exam.

Eligibility for a two-year master’s degree in commercial law is a degree in any field (BA / BSc / BCom / BTech / etc.) With
50% points. Admission will be based on the admission test to the JGLS Master of Laws in commercial law.

Eligibility for the doctorate is LL.M. Admission will be based on the JGLS research doctorate
